Dundee SC will be running an Open Day on Saturday 20th June @ 12 noon thro' to 4pm. I know it's been a little bit windy recently but if sailing is something you would like to try then why not come down and give it a go.
Sailing can be what ever you want it to be. With a fresh wind it can be one of the most exciting and exhilarating sports on the planet as the dinghy planes over the water and punches thro' the waves. On the other hand it can be very relaxing and calming as your boat meanders up and down the river exploring the different nooks and crannies along the way. Whatever you want from sailing, DSC can be your stepping stone. We can give you advice and hands-on instruction. You can learn to sail in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and at your own pace. We also run RYA Sailing Courses (details available on our web site). There will also be a barbecue, snacks and hot/cold drinks available. Please bring a change of footwear. Waterproofs and bouyancy aids are supplied. See you on the water. |
